How to book your follow up visit?
Booking Follow-Up Appointments:
You can easily book all follow-up visits online through your patient portal at drreemnd.practicebetter.com. Just be sure to sign in with the same email address you used when you created your account.
How to Request a Session in the Portal:
Step 1: Click Request a Session in the top-left menu (big red button)
Step 2: Select your follow-up appointment type, then choose your preferred date and time.
Step 3: Complete the prompts and submit your request.
Step 4: Keep an eye on your inbox for a confirmation email!

If you have any trouble logging in or resetting your password, please contact the Practice Better team at help@practicebetter.io. Since we don't have access to system passwords or technical account settings, they will be the fastest way to get you back into your portal!

How to Access Your Treatment Plan & Lab Orders
Accessing Your Treatment Plan: After each session, a customized treatment plan is uploaded directly to your portal.

Log in to your portal and click Protocols in the main menu.

Select your latest protocol to view your detailed treatment plan, care instructions, and recommendations.
Accessing Your Lab Orders & Quest Requisition Number:

Within Practice Better Portal click "Labs" in your main portal menu to see an overview of your lab orders.

Located within your order is your official Quest Requisition Number.
Note on Quest Portal Access: Quest's portal sometimes delays showing or does not show newly created orders. That is why we provide requisition number to confirm labs were ordered and you can provide this requisition number directly to the phlebotomist at your appointment to ensure they pull up your order instantly.
Updates & Results:

You will automatically receive an email notification whenever new lab orders are placed or finalized.

Your lab results will be reviewed together in detail with the doctor during your dedicated lab review visit and you get a copy of your results on lab review day as well.
